Magna Tech Academy – Refund Policy
• Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered only for students who meet the following criteria:
• The student has purchased the training course or program directly from Magna Tech Academy.
• The refund request is made within 3 days from the date of start of the training/program in which case a full refund will be given. An administrative charge which equates to 5% of the course fee.
• Any request for a refund made 1 – 2 days from the start of the course will incur 20% of the course fee plus administrative charges which equates to 5% of the course fee.
• No refund will be made once the course has started.
• How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund request, please contact our finance team at info@magnatechconsulting.com. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and a reason for your refund request.
• Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving a valid refund request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
• Cancellation by Magna Tech Academy: In the rare event that Magna Tech Academy cancels a training course or program, all enrolled participants will receive a full refund of their course fees.
• Changes to Training Dates or Content: Magna Tech Academy reserves the right to make changes to training dates, times, or content. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund if they are unable or unwilling to participate in the updated course.
